Actor Kang Ji-seob expressed his feelings following the controversy over the members of the JMS (Christian Gospel Mission).
Kang Ji-seob appeared on MBN's 'Oh Eun-young Stay' aired on the 11th.
Kang Ji-seob said, "I thought it was the right path, but I found out it was the wrong one. I have been stigmatized due to ignorance."
Kang Ji-seob explained, "I wanted to endure rightly. I went there because I didn't want to meet the opposite sex or drink alcohol, but I didn't know it was that kind of place. I just feel wronged. I even thought about the possibility of not being able to continue my acting career."
Kang Ji-seob said, "I thought a lot before appearing on (Oh Eun-young Stay). This will be my first and last time speaking about it, and I won't mention it again. I wonder if it would just create unnecessary trouble."
He recalled, "I used to attend a religious group that appeared in the OTT show 'I Am God' in 2023. It was during my college days. I was walking down the street to work part-time when someone said to me, 'You're tall and handsome; wouldn't you consider modeling?' I thought it was related to an agency. We met outside twice, and they suggested studying the Bible. Out of curiosity, I went a few times to study. "
