The thrilling yet exciting journey celebrating the 1st anniversary of Cho Sae-ho and Lee Joon's joining '1 Night and 2 Days' has begun. Cho Sae-ho amusingly found himself amid an unexpected controversy over his departure after a year.
In the episode aired on KBS 2TV's entertainment program '1 Night and 2 Days Season 4' (hereafter '1 Night and 2 Days') on the 10th, the first story of Cho Sae-ho and Lee Joon's 1st anniversary special 'Jabne Tour' unfolded in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province. The viewership rating was 6.3% (Nielsen Korea nationwide standard), ranking first in its time slot. The scene in which Kim Jong-min led an exciting atmosphere by singing Koyote's new song 'Call Me' soared to a peak rating of 10%.
On that day, the '1 Night and 2 Days' team started the opening uniquely in an amusement park to celebrate the anniversary of Cho Sae-ho and Lee Joon. The production team received a bucket list from both individuals in advance of the anniversary special, regarding what they wanted to do with the members, and announced that they prepared the missions for this trip based on that.
Cho Sae-ho expressed his emotion, saying, "It has already been a year, perhaps because I have built many memories," while the producer attempted to explain this special as saying, "So today, to mark the 1st anniversary..." During this, Moon Se-yoon broke the ice with, "Goodbye, Cho Sae-ho?" bringing laughter. Cho Sae-ho quickly emphasized, "I have been so happy for a year, and I will continue to work hard. No goodbye," trying to ease the situation.
Afterward, the members came together to fulfill Cho Sae-ho's first bucket list, and the '1 Night and 2 Days' team began a group outfit change. The six members, including the twins Cho Sae-ho and Lee Joon, Grandma Kim Jong-min, Mom Moon Se-yoon, Dad DinDin, and Sister Yoo Seon-ho, completed their transformation with a family concept.
The first bucket list revealed by Cho Sae-ho was a family photo shoot, and the '1 Night and 2 Days' team took on the mission of capturing a photo where all six members' eyes, noses, and mouths were distinct while switching between two photo booths. After busily moving and finishing the photo shoot, the members successfully took a total of six cuts, earning 12,000 won as pocket money.
To fulfill Cho Sae-ho's second bucket list, 'Riding attractions together,' the members moved to the roller coaster. The '1 Night and 2 Days' team boarded the roller coaster in pairs and had to answer questions posed by the front-seated members, concluding the missions at the amusement park while securing an additional 10,000 won in pocket money.
As the members moved to the next location in the amusement park, they were shocked to learn that Lee Joon's bucket list was skydiving. Fortunately, the place where the six members arrived was an indoor skydiving center, and they took turns experiencing indoor skydiving while undertaking the pocket money mission of 'Zero Gravity Speed Quiz.' The members, satisfied with the unexpectedly thrilling and fun experience, displayed concentration in the mission, additionally earning 20,000 won in pocket money.
Arriving at the valley for the final pocket money mission, the '1 Night and 2 Days' team revisited the lunch game they played during their first shoot with Cho Sae-ho and Lee Joon last year at the same spot. The six members entered a relay character quiz while dipping their feet in the valley, similarly to a year ago, and secured seafood noodle soup and pork cutlets for lunch while gaining an additional 20,000 won.
The six members reminisced about the lunch they had during their first shoot at the valley and enjoyed a delicious meal. In particular, Lee Joon, who used to enjoy eating alone before joining '1 Night and 2 Days,' now naturally remembers the food preferences of his fellow members and embodies the image of a true family, enjoying group meals together while laughing.
After the meal, the production team informed the members that "we have prepared a dessert time for the 1st anniversary," and for that, the '1 Night and 2 Days' team moved to another location. Curiosity is growing about what kind of dessert the production team has prepared for the next story.
