SHINee member Key (affiliated with SME) is returning today (11th) with his 3rd regular album 'HUNTER'.
Key's 3rd regular album 'HUNTER' is a new regular album released three years after his 2nd regular album 'Gasoline' in August 2022, and it contains varied stories about 'me' and 'self'. The album consists of a total of 10 tracks, including the title track 'HUNTER', and all songs will be available on various music sites at 6 p.m. today, along with the music video for the title track 'HUNTER' being released simultaneously through YouTube's SMTOWN channel.
In particular, Key has showcased the process of meeting the 'another me' in this album through an organic promotion with a 'urban legend' concept, reaffirming his title as a 'concept master key'. He also unveiled the performance of the new song 'HUNTER' for the first time at the 'SMTOWN LIVE 2025' concert held at Tokyo Dome on the 9th and 10th, gaining explosive reactions and heightening the excitement for his comeback.
The title track 'HUNTER' is a dance song featuring majestic bass, heavy kick sound, rhythmic guitar riffs, and various synth pads in harmony. The lyrics express the obsessive 'me' and the 'painful ecstasy' felt in complex relationships, combined with Key's dynamic vocals, enhancing the song's dramatic appeal. Notable collaborators who have worked on Key's hit songs 'BAD LOVE', 'Gasoline', and 'Good & Great' include KENZIE, Moonshine, and Adrian McKinnon, making the emergence of Key's new representative song highly anticipated.
Furthermore, the music video for the title track 'HUNTER' connects with the earlier-released trailer in which Key encounters the 'another me' known as 'hunter'.
