Actor Lee Si-young expressed her apologies regarding the controversy over poor manners at a restaurant in the United States.
On the 10th, Lee Si-young posted a short video on her personal SNS. The released video showed Lee Si-young exercising in a small soccer field at a campsite along with updates about her eldest son.
In this regard, Lee Si-young said, "I discovered a small and cozy campsite with a beautiful valley full of greenery and a soccer field," expressing her satisfaction.
In particular, she noted, "I always check to make sure there's nothing wrong when uploading photos or videos to my feed, but I think I still make mistakes. I feel sorry for those who were uncomfortable because of the last video. I will be more careful in the future. I hope everyone enjoys the rest of the weekend."
Previously, on the 5th, Lee Si-young posted a video capturing the moment she visited a restaurant with her eldest son at a beach in Long Island, USA. However, in the video at that time, it seemed her son was sitting at the table and moving to another table, and Lee Si-young did not intervene, which led to criticism regarding her parenting approach. Consequently, Lee Si-young personally expressed her apologies.
Lee Si-young married a businessman who is 9 years older than her in 2017, and they had their first son the following year, but they faced a breakup in March of this year. Notably, she drew attention by revealing that she did not discard the embryos from in vitro fertilization conducted during her marriage and instead had them implanted to conceive her second child. As a result, Lee Si-young is currently known to be living in the U.S. for a month while raising her eldest son alone and is currently 7 months pregnant.
