Former announcer Kim Soo-min revealed a gift she received from her father-in-law.
On the 9th, Kim Soo-min said, "The lovely gift my father-in-law handed me. I was curious what it was. A 12-month subscription to The New York Times."
She continued, "It's really surprising that my father, who is usually gruff, bought something like this," expressing her gratitude.
Kim Soo-min joined SBS as a 24th-generation announcer at the age of 21 in 2018, making headlines for being the youngest hire in SBS history. However, she resigned from SBS in 2021, citing her commitment to her studies. She revealed her relationship through YouTube and registered her marriage with her husband, a prosecutor who is 5 years older, in February the following year, holding her wedding in September.
In December of the same year, she welcomed her first son and received many congratulations after giving birth to her second daughter in May of last year. Amidst this, she garnered attention by revealing her acceptance into UCLA Law School and scholarship news this year.
Especially, Kim Soo-min appeared on MBN's "Sokpuri Show Dongchimi" aired on the 5th, stating, "My husband is taking parental leave, and we are all going together. It's a one-year program, so it's short," indicating that the whole family plans to study abroad.
