On the afternoon of the 10th, the agency, One Hundred, released an official statement through their account, saying, "THE BOYZ 'THE BLAZE' WORLD TOUR in SEOUL today (10th) has been delayed to start at 6 p.m."
They added, "A report regarding the installation of an explosive device was received on August 10th at KSPO DOME (gymnasium), and police and fire departments are conducting facility safety inspections." They further noted, "We apologize for the delays caused by the safety inspection, and as the inspection has been completed, the house will open starting at 4:45 p.m. We once again apologize for keeping you waiting in the hot weather."
Earlier that day, the agency stated, "Due to safety inspections of the facilities inside KSPO DOME, the house opening and concert start time will inevitably be delayed."
According to police and fire authorities, around 2 p.m., a fax was received by the Korea Sports Industry Company (KSPO&CO) within Olympic Park stating, 'An explosive device has been installed at KSPO DOME,' and the company immediately reported it to the police. Subsequently, police and firefighters were dispatched to search for the explosive device.
