Member JUN. K of the group 2PM will release a new mini album "Dear my muse" on September 1 and will make a comeback as a solo artist.
On the 10th at midnight, JUN. K announced the exciting news of his solo return by posting a logo trailer for the new album on his official social media channel. The video features a cozy room filled with bright sunlight. The window, to which the gaze is drawn, reveals a landscape of hills under a purplish sky, with the album name "Dear my muse" prominently displayed.
"Dear my muse" is the mini album that JUN. K presents for the first time in about 4 years and 9 months since his mini third album "20 Minutes" in December 2020. It is also his first release in a year since the digital single "Paint this love" last August. Prior to the announcement of his comeback, JUN. K created curiosity among fans by releasing short video content containing brief stories on his official social media channel from the 7th to the 9th.
Each piece of content highlighted "Dear", "my", and "muse" in quotes, leaving spoilers for the new album title. The dreamy story shared with someone special creates a fairy-tale atmosphere that attracts attention. The teasing content, which feels both real and dreamlike, amplifies curiosity towards JUN. K's new album.
Expectations are high for the new music that singer-songwriter JUN. K, who has produced solo songs such as "LOVE LETTER", "Moving Day", "Should I Refuse for 30 Minutes", and "Paint this love", as well as 2PM's "Ain't Crazy?" and "My House", will deliver with this mini album.
JUN. K will officially release mini album 4 "Dear my muse" at 6 p.m. on September 1. Ahead of this, he will kick off his activities with a solo tour titled "2025 JUN. K SUMMER ROOM TOUR: SP-ICY", holding performances in Osaka, Yokohama, and Taipei.
