In 'Omniscient Interfering View', Tzuyang finally burst into tears. What brought him to tears was his friend and manager of 13 years, Oh Su-bin.
In the MBC entertainment show 'Omniscient Interfering View' (hereafter 'Omniscient Interfering View'), aired on the 9th, YouTuber Tzuyang, who recently completed his return to broadcasting and has 12.3 million subscribers, appeared. Song Eun-i expressed her amazement at the reality, saying, "As a subscriber, I was really curious about how thin he was. But he was actually much thinner." Tzuyang stated, "I weigh 44 to 46 kg. I've been losing weight again lately. I went to the hospital, but there was nothing wrong."
Yang Se-chan said, "They say that as you age, the amount you eat decreases, but Tzuyang recently ate 40 servings of gopchang," while Yoo Byeong-jae noted that he heard Tzuyang spent 3 million won at the Australian seafood market.
However, Tzuyang's daily routine revealed by the manager was even more impressive. After finishing the day's work, the manager said, "He will probably eat curry now and order pizza again in the early morning," surprising everyone.
From the morning, Tzuyang's home was a clean white-toned house. The dining room's eight-person table was filled with hamburger bags, pizza boxes, walnut snack boxes, ramen bowls, and several cans of drinks. Tzuyang slowly cleaned up the mess and pondered breakfast while eating the remaining hamburger. Tzuyang laughed shyly, saying, "I purposely ate sujebi (hand-pulled dough soup) before coming home to avoid dirtying the house, but I was so hungry that I ordered a hamburger, nuggets, cheese sticks, cup noodles, pizza, walnut snacks, and drank 2.7 liters of beverages in the early morning."
For breakfast, he had 10 skewered fish cakes, bibimbap made with six packs of instant rice, ramen boiled with nurungji (scorched rice), and 2.1 liters of iced tea. The manager remarked, "People think Tzuyang has a lot of money. He doesn't spend it on anything else. He doesn't even own a single luxury bag. He really spends it all on food. There was once when a shelf collapsed, so we fixed it together. But the shelf bends again."
The manager knew Tzuyang well. They had been friends since high school, for 13 years. Tzuyang's manager said, "I started working last year and I have been here for about a year and 7 months. In fact, I've been friends with Tzuyang since high school, so we've known each other for 13 years. I woke him up in the morning and brought him to school because the homeroom teacher asked me to take care of a friend who wasn't well back then." He added, "Originally, I was working in the office of a hearing aid company and was thinking about resigning when Tzuyang offered me, 'How much is your salary? I'll give you more than that.'"
The manager said, "People around me ask if Tzuyang really only eats during broadcasts or if he is eating and spitting it out. In fact, he eats more than during broadcasts. He eats four hamburgers, two pizzas, cold buckwheat noodles, jajangmyeon (black bean noodles), has dessert, and spends 18 hours of the 24 hours eating. I only gain weight myself." He surprised everyone by saying, "When we were in school, Tzuyang used to carry 2 to 3 rice burgers with him every morning. During break time, he would keep eating bread at every hour. He also ate dumplings and a lot of school lunch."
The afternoon schedule was even more impressive. Tzuyang searched for a sushi restaurant during its break time for his eating show and ate 101 plates. Even then, he didn't fill up his stomach since he had to leave the seat for customers. Additionally, Tzuyang treated his hardworking manager and producer to a luxurious feast with dishes such as raw Dokdo shrimp, tuna belly, and sea urchin.
The producer encouraged Tzuyang, saying he has become much brighter. The manager mentioned, "Last year, we lived together for about three months. During those three months, we didn't go out at all. Last year, I would cry even when walking into the living room, because it was so hard. So, we relied on each other heavily, and it was mentally difficult. But being together made it better," as he spoke about last year's struggles, the tears welled up in his eyes.
Then the manager said, "Park Jeong-won! First of all, thank you for hiring me! We fight a lot, but I hope we can get along well from now on," and burst into tears. Tzuyang, who had been smiling throughout, replied, "As you said, I will stay with you for life. Even if we fight, I will reach out to you. I'm always thankful," covering his face while receiving everyone's support.
