KBS2's 'In Boss' Ears Are Donkey Ears' (directed by Ahn Sang-eun, hereafter 'IBED') is a voluntary program for self-reflection and perspective-taking by bosses in Korea to create a workplace that inspires people to work, currently holding the top spot in the same time slot for 166 consecutive weeks in entertainment ratings (according to Nielsen Korea).
The 318th episode of 'IBED' airing on the 10th will depict Lee Soon-sil undergoing a gynecological examination with employee Min-hee. In particular, Min-hee reveals her struggles with infertility, while Lee Soon-sil expresses her worries about menopause as they receive check-ups from Dr. Hwang In-cheol.
In the midst of this, Lee Soon-sil received a diagnosis of menopause and nodded her head in agreement with her behavioral patterns, stating, "I provoke my husband, my soles sweat, and as I get irritated, I experience a lot of anger. I notice that even if I eat just a little these days, my stomach bulges out. That's why I'm on Wegovy. But after a month and a half, I've only lost 1 kilogram. Wegovy isn't responding at all," she complains.
In response, Dr. Hwang In-cheol humorously noted, "It's not that it's unresponsive, but that your appetite has overcome Wegovy." Regarding Lee Soon-sil's diagnosis of menopause, Jun Hyun-moo remarked, "Soon-sil is scientifically proven to be a 'Teto woman,'" bringing laughter.
In particular, Dr. Hwang In-cheol joked with Lee Soon-sil, saying, "If you take the medicine, it can alleviate menopause," suggesting, "From now on, when Representative Soon-sil gets angry, you should say, 'It's time to take your medicine,'" which elicited laughter.
