The agency Starship Entertainment unveiled the trailer for their fourth mini album 'IVE SECRET' through IVE's official YouTube channel on the 8th. This video was produced with the concept of 'Evil Cupid,' which boldly flips the existing bright and lovely Cupid image, and it has received a strong reaction from domestic and international fans immediately after its release.
In the released video, IVE appeared as six different Cupids, each with its own secret, capturing attention. Scenes featuring them dropping a tumbler and taking a finger cross or pulling out a hidden revolver from the 'Cupid's Guidebook' continued throughout the video, and their actions revealed in the natural light of day symbolically unveiled the hidden side of Cupid, creating a strange tension.
In the middle of the video, An Yu-jin appeared and changed the atmosphere. Watching couples quarrel via CCTV, she checked the notification from a machine requesting a quick response and began to take action. Other members also aimed at unicorns with a revolver and set paper cranes on fire, revealing the contrasting aspects of 'Evil Cupid' against the pure Cupid image.
