Actress Lee Tae-ran clarified rumors of her being a "chaebol wife" and shared her real-life love story, capturing attention.
On the 7th, on KBS2TV's entertainment program Problem Child in House, Lee Tae-ran appeared as a guest and showcased her candid talk.
When the MCs mentioned, "There was an article saying you remarried a chaebol," Lee Tae-ran laughed and replied, "That's just drama talk. It's not true." She then responded to a question about what she would think if a real chaebol proposed, asking, "What if there are many ex-wives?" and stated, "I have no thoughts about that."
Lee Tae-ran also mentioned her first meeting with her actual husband. She revealed, "We met through a blind date and got married three months later," surprising everyone. At the time, she was thirty-nine. She explained, "I was eager to get married before turning forty. The person who introduced us was reliable; I felt reassured because I could trust their identity."
Lee Tae-ran, who was captivated from the first impression, confessed, "His voice was great, and the way he crossed his legs while drinking coffee looked so sexy," adding, "I was drawn in by his deep gaze," which surprised everyone.
She also revealed that she calls her husband "Prince Charming" and she is referred to as "Princess." She laughed, saying, "I thought if I elevated my husband, I would be respected too. At first, we called each other that, but one day I noticed I was the only one calling him Prince Charming." She joked, "I never forced it. But it's an unspoken pressure. I've never heard him call me Princess."
Meanwhile, Lee Tae-ran has been quietly continuing her acting career without revealing much of her personal life since her marriage in 2014 and is recently gaining attention again for her role as a "chaebol's daughter-in-law" in a drama.
