Xiaojun of the group WayV is making headlines by hosting a grand event to personally treat fans to a meal in celebration of his birthday.
On the 7th, Xiaojun held a 'Xiaojun Birthday – Dinner Event' at a hot pot restaurant in Seoul, reserving the entire venue to treat 240 fans with his own funds.
The agency SM Entertainment selected 240 fans to invite to this event by drawing from official fan club members who submitted correct answers to quizzes related to Xiaojun.
On that day, Xiaojun had planned to briefly appear at the event to greet fans, but he stayed until the end and had a special time making sauces and hand-pulled noodles for the fans.
In particular, while there was a set amount that could be ordered at each table, it is reported that after encouraging fans to order without regard to the amount, Xiaojun personally paid the entire meal expense for the fans.
After the event, Xiaojun shared a photo of himself wearing a long receipt that dragged on the ground around his neck on his social media.
Additionally, WayV, to which Xiaojun belongs, recently added warmth to a concert held in Seoul by inviting the caretakers who prepared meals at their accommodations.
Meanwhile, WayV will hold its second concert tour across a total of 14 regions in Asia, starting from Seoul and including Shenzhen, Nanjing, Nagoya, Osaka, Yokohama, Fukuoka, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Chengdu, Taipei, Hong Kong, Bangkok, and Beijing.
