Singer and actress Son Dam-bi announced she has lost 13 kg after giving birth.

On that day, Son Dam-bi said, "I lost 13 kg in 94 days after childbirth. I am currently around 51 to 52 kg. I have about 1.2 kg left now."
Regarding questions about the secret to her successful postnatal diet, Son Dam-bi noted, "Actually, people ask a lot about my diet, but I don't do anything too extravagant. I eat only two meals a day. And I maintain a fasting period of about 15 hours starting from 6 p.m."
She continued, "For breakfast, I eat mostly salad, and in between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m., I eat whatever I want. Because if I diet too harshly, it can lead to me losing facial fat in a not-so-good way for my age, so I make sure to stick to two meals a day."
Additionally, Son Dam-bi emphasized, "I need to have protein," saying, "I enjoy salads that contain avocados, apples, walnuts, chicken breast, and vegetables all in one. I add plenty of sauce to make it tasty. Eating a proper amount of almonds and walnuts daily is good for health. And I definitely need to eat avocados. They are delicious."
Notably, Son Dam-bi engages in cardio exercise on an empty stomach. She revealed, "I wake up and take my hunger to the gym to run, and then I come back and eat like this. That's my daily routine," catching attention.
