Jang Seok-hyun revealed his current status after finding stability following a difficult period post-disbandment.

Jang Seok-hyun talked about the time of Shop's disbandment, saying, "I was exhausted with work and people. It was really hard," and added, "Things were not going well. When things are not working out, no matter how hard you try, they won't go well."
In response, Lee Ji-hye prepared an album with Jang Seok-hyun as 'Ban Shop' but later transitioned to a solo career. During this process, Jang Seok-hyun learned to play guitar, which he had never learned before, but he also suffered setbacks. He even mentioned that he felt "really frustrated" when Lee Ji-hye's solo album flopped.
Jang Seok-hyun confessed, "Honestly, I criticized (Lee Ji-hye) a lot. When your work is going well, I strangely felt a sense of resentment. The arrows pointed at you."
He continued to reflect on his obscure period as an actor, saying, "Cheon Jung-myung was also living in the dorm with me. At that time, it was when unknown people would visit while I was sleeping. Jang Seok-hyun explained his background up to now, saying, "I thought I would starve to death, so I went to find a job. I slipped in, asking for a part-time job. I worked in fashion production management."
