Disney+ 'Low Life' featured actor Kim Sung-oh's biological son.
On the 7th, the official Disney+ Korea account posted a message saying, 'Did you know...?. We reveal the unknown facts about the low lifes now,' along with several TMI.
The first TMI revealed was that the child actor who played the son of Im Jeon-chul (played by Kim Sung-oh) in 'Low Life' is actually Kim Sung-oh's biological son, Kim A-il.
Kim Sung-oh first introduced Kim A-il, born in 2016, on KBS2's variety show 'The Return of Superman' in July 2017.
At that time, Kim A-il appeared with the prenatal name 'Dorongi' and left a strong impression on viewers despite his brief appearance in the In Kyo-jin segment. In particular, his resemblance to the 'manly gaze' he inherited drew significant attention.
After 8 years, 'Dorongi' appeared as 'Im Jeon-chul's son,' still captivating attention with his strikingly similar eyes. In episode 8 of 'Low Life,' the son said, 'Dad, I came back from school,' to which Kim Sung-oh responded, 'Go do your homework,' while handing him a coin. It warmed hearts to see the natural acting between father and son.
Meanwhile, the Disney+ original series 'Low Life' tells the story of hardworking, earnest low lifes who flock to claim a sunken treasure from 1977, and it will conclude on the 13th.
