Actor Park Si-hoo strongly refuted allegations of infidelity, while an associate expressed anger that the revelation was absurd.
On the 7th, Park Si-hoo's associate, Mr. A, said in a phone conversation with OSEN, "The allegations of facilitating infidelity are unfounded, and most are the unilateral claims of the accuser."
Earlier, influencer Mr. B claimed on her social media account that she is currently divorced from her husband, but discovered that he had frequent meetings with another woman during their marriage, and in that process, Park Si-hoo played a role in the consolidation.
In response, Mr. B's ex-husband clarified, "I am just a hometown friend of Park Si-hoo and have never introduced women. The account number mentioned in the text message is my mother's, and the photo of the woman was sent by me and has nothing to do with Park Si-hoo." He explained that he divorced Mr. B six years ago and that the messages were leaked from a telephone that Mr. B unlawfully retrieved from his home while traveling.
The woman, identified as C, whom Mr. B accused of being the subject of infidelity, also stated, "I am a person who has never met any of the individuals mentioned in this article," and added, "Using my photo without consent and spreading false information constitutes clear defamation. I am suffering from misunderstandings and harm because of this. I have completed capturing evidence and will consider legal action if the post is not deleted and corrected immediately."
Park Si-hoo's associate said, "Although we haven't contacted the ex-husband of the accuser, who is also a brotherly figure to Park Si-hoo, he clarified through an interview with a media outlet that he has nothing to do with Park Si-hoo. Logically, I can't understand how someone could break into a house and steal a phone to reveal its content. I don't know if it's to demand money, but it must be perplexing for Park Si-hoo."
In particular, this associate expressed anger, saying, "What grievance could Park Si-hoo have against his former sister-in-law? Such disclosures seem to be an intent to destroy the actor."
Park Si-hoo's side has also begun to respond to the allegations. They stated, "We clarify that the claims in the post stating that actor Park Si-hoo introduced women to a married man and played a significant role in the family breakdown are false and unfounded. We will take prompt action related to this matter," and added, "We are collecting evidence in response to the discovered acts of spreading unverified falsehoods or posting malicious defamation and will take legal actions such as criminal complaints through our legal representative."
Meanwhile, Park Si-hoo recently appeared in the TV CHOSUN entertainment program 'Father and I' and is set to release the drama 'Mentalist,' which was filmed in 2021.
