Former golfer Park Se-ri has confirmed her relationship with the second generation of one of the world's top 20 conglomerates.
The broadcast of tvN STORY's 'What to Do with Leaving' on the 6th featured a special episode with special MC Jang Seo-hee and friends Hwang Chi-yeol, Park Ji-hyun, and Kim Poong.
While talking about relationships, Park Se-ri said, "I dated. I had been in a relationship throughout my time as a golfer. When the relationship became known, the media kept it quiet. Honestly, during my peak fame as an athlete, I disliked the whispers saying that I was not training well if my performance was lacking, so I kept seeing my boyfriend but struggled to hold hands or anything like that."
She added, "If I get a boyfriend now, I would hold hands while walking. That's not a bad thing, is it?"
Lee Young-ja noted, "Park Se-ri's boyfriends haven't been publicly known that often," to which Park Se-ri revealed, "The boyfriend I met in my early 20s was from Hong Kong." At that time, Park Se-ri was rumored to be dating the second generation of one of the world's top 20 conglomerates.
Park Se-ri stated, "It wasn't me who initiated; he made the first move. When I practiced golf, he came there to take golf lessons. We didn't communicate well with words, but we clicked somehow when we met. Thanks to him, my English improved quickly."
Lee Young-ja joked, "I'm jealous. But I'm fine because I'm full. I would have gone crazy if I was hungry."
