Actress Oh Yeon-soo communicated with fans through YouTube, sharing the small moments of her travels. A warm message was also conveyed to her trainees (subscribers).
On the 5th, a video titled "As I go, I visit the sea in Gangneung" was posted on the YouTube channel 'Oh Yeon-soo.' This video showcased a day in the life of Oh Yeon-soo, who traveled to Gangneung with a friend from the United States.
Oh Yeon-soo stated, "Today is the day I repay the favor as this friend was the one who took me to a winery in the U.S." She added, "There was news of rain, but fortunately, it was just cloudy, so we started off in a good mood."
After tasting local dishes such as potato pancakes and acorn jelly salad at a specialty shop in Gangwon Province, she said, "My friend is trying 'ongshimi' for the first time, and they are enjoying it so much," looking pleased. After visiting a coffee street and a souvenir shop, Oh Yeon-soo joked, "As I'm taking pictures alone, the reason I'm looking at the camera often isn't to pose prettily, but to check the screen."
Toward the end of the trip, Oh Yeon-soo, who found a restaurant recommended by a taxi driver, remarked, "I love the places that taxi drivers recommend the most." She added, "At first, the chef didn't recognize me, but when I ordered, he called me 'Yeon-soo.' It turns out he had watched my YouTube before I arrived. I think I've gotten popular."
She expressed, "I can't tell you how happy I am to meet the trainees all over the country," adding, "If you see me, please greet me wherever you are. I am really so happy."
Meanwhile, Oh Yeon-soo, who debuted in 1989, married Son Ji-chang in 1998 and has two sons. It is reported that Oh Yeon-soo left for the United States to support her sons during their studies abroad in 2014 and spent seven years there.
