This autumn, the most intense in-depth interview thriller 'Killer Report' unveils a character still of Baek Seon-joo.
The movie 'Killer Report' has showcased a character still of Baek Seon-joo, portrayed by veteran actress Jo Yeo-jeong.
The film 'Killer Report' (directed by Jo Young-jun, provided by A2Z Entertainment and Sony Pictures International Productions, produced by With Ace Studios, MIK Studios, and Pluto Story Group, distributed by Sony Pictures Entertainment Korea and A2Z Entertainment) tells the story of a veteran reporter Seon-joo (Jo Yeo-jeong) who is eager for a scoop when psychiatrist Young-hoon (Jeong Seong-il) requests an interview to confess a series of murders.
Portrayed by Jo Yeo-jeong, Baek Seon-joo is a veteran reporter desperate for a scoop, who participates in a dangerous interview after receiving a one-on-one interview proposal from the serial killer Young-hoon.
The released still of Baek Seon-joo also captures a variety of emotions as she enters the hotel with a tense expression to prepare for the interview, becomes increasingly emotional during the interview with Young-hoon, and ultimately appears visibly exhausted as she gets into the elevator.
In particular, Seon-joo's appearance gradually deteriorating as the interview progresses evokes curiosity about the interview with the serial killer. Thus, even just the character still suggests that the one-on-one interview Seon-joo leads with the serial killer will create an extreme suspense so gripping that it will take the audience's breath away. 'Killer Report' is set to be a must-see theater film in September, raising audience expectations.
Meanwhile, the transformation of Jo Yeo-jeong in her role as reporter Baek Seon-joo is drawing attention from prospective audiences. Jo Yeo-jeong, a veteran actress leading box office hits in the film industry, is expected to successfully transform her image once again by perfectly embodying the character Seon-joo, who possesses a different charm compared to the characters she has shown so far in 'Killer Report.'
The recently released character still of Baek Seon-joo also hints at Jo Yeo-jeong's new charm, suggesting that the in-depth thriller 'Killer Report' will shake up theaters this autumn, following her current hit 'My Daughter is a Zombie.'
'Killer Report,' enhanced by Jo Yeo-jeong's overwhelming acting skills, will be released nationwide in theaters on Friday, Sept. 5.
