Broadcaster Lee Sugeun, who announced the passing of his father, has decided to receive condolences after careful consideration.
On the 6th, Lee Sugeun's agency Big Planet Made revealed through an official statement the location of his father's funeral, who passed away the previous day. The agency explained, "Due to numerous inquiries regarding condolences, we decided to accept them after consulting with the bereaved family."
The previous night, the news of Lee Sugeun's father's obituary had brought great sadness. He was 81 years old. At that time, the agency noted, "Mr. Lee Sugeun's father passed away today (5th) due to a chronic illness," adding, "The funeral will be held quietly with family and relatives at the Seoul Asan Medical Center funeral hall, and we ask for warm comfort and consideration so that Lee Sugeun and his family can adequately mourn the deceased."
However, after continuing inquiries about condolences, it was decided to accept them after discussions. The agency added, "We extend our sincere gratitude to all those mourning the deceased."
Meanwhile, the funeral hall for Lee Sugeun's father has been established in room 35 at the Seoul Asan Medical Center. The funeral will be held on the 7th, and the burial site will be the National Seoul Veterans Cemetery.
