Thanks to singer Lim Young-woong, hope has flown in even from Los Angeles, USA.
The Lim Young-woong fan club 'LA Young Heroes' donated 21,227,500 won to the Seoul Community Chest of Korea and became a member of the Charity Leaders Club Seoul No. 88.
'LA Young Heroes' has consistently donated every year on Lim Young-woong's debut anniversary. This year, they are supporting children and teenagers through the Seoul Love Fruit and conveyed warm sharing alongside the singer.
'LA Young Heroes' noted, "We wanted to do something meaningful to celebrate Lim Young-woong's 9th anniversary of debut," adding, "Fans have also practiced sharing together, moved by Lim Young-woong's good influence. We hope it reaches children who need help." They have previously donated 5 million won each to the Korea Childhood Cancer Foundation on the occasions of Lim Young-woong's 8th and 9th anniversaries.
Shin Hye-young, Secretary-General of Seoul Love Fruit, said, "Lim Young-woong's good influence transcending borders and being put into action by fans is a great example of spreading the culture of sharing," adding, "The donation will be used to support children and teenagers in need so that they can grow up healthy and nurture their dreams."
