Comedienne Kim Suk bragged about her newly purchased camper van.
On the 4th, a video titled "Self-proclaimed 'Camping Expert' Is a Beginner!? Chaotic and Adventurous Camper Van Review" was uploaded to the 'Kim Suk TV' channel.
On this day, Kim Suk explained, "Honestly, I bought a new car finally. It's not exactly new, but a new car came to me. I used to wonder why people buy camper vans, and now I have one. I got a used car that feels like a new car at such a great opportunity. The car's name is Torres. It has a popup tent on top and was purchased for around 30 million won. It has a refrigerator and a microwave, and there's something they call a warming box, which is so cute. I was surprised when I saw it."
He noted, "To be honest, I've never used it before. I've only driven it once on the road. I need to get used to the car. I've only driven the same car for 10 years, so I'm not used to it. As for other cars, it would be good to see what details I find here and there together today."
Afterward, Kim Suk revealed the car's exterior. The all-black camper van had a wide awning that could shield against pouring rain, and it was also possible to connect a shower to use water.
Kim Suk said, "Look at the back. This is what I've been talking about. Look at this. What are you gonna do? I heard it's a warming box. It can be both a refrigerator and a warming box. You can put warm food in here. This is the refrigerator," while introducing the interior. She then expressed surprise, saying, "I definitely saw in the review that there was a microwave, but there's no microwave? That's strange. I definitely saw it online. There was a microwave here. It's just a refrigerator." It turned out that the microwave was an optional extra.
Continuing, Kim Suk charged the electricity and operated the convertible. She turned on the auxiliary heater and expressed her satisfaction, saying, "It's so good. It's completely warm. Raising the ceiling was a great idea."
Sitting comfortably inside the car, Kim Suk said, "It's spacious. This is nice. I can turn the lights on and off here, and there's also a carbon monoxide detector," making use of the breaks to turn on the TV. He remarked, "The picture quality isn't particularly good, but it's watchable."
In particular, Kim Suk said, "The highlight is this. I saw this on YouTube. But can I do it?" After some twists and turns, she succeeded in opening the popup tent. Kim Suk remarked, "It's great. Two people can sleep. Two can sleep below and two above, so it can fit four people. The window only sticks out about 10 cm, like a guard. So, no water gets in. The view of the river is fantastic too. Being up this high makes a difference. There are two outlets here. The heater can work right from here. It's sturdy. I thought it would feel unsafe, but it's sturdy."
He noted, "Last time, I went to Yosemite pulling a trailer with the camper van. It was so fun. So one of the reasons I bought this car is that in Korea, there's nowhere to put a trailer and parking is difficult, yet there are so many campgrounds that allow trailers. In the U.S., the land is vast, so they have it well set up. Facilities too. Since I need to do camping content, it'd be nice to have something like this. I'd like to be able to take a break. I'm satisfied with this much. Now that I know the tips, I think I'll go out often."
