Singer Kim Hyun-jung shared her "diet secret" with a delightful touch of humor.
On Aug. 5, she appeared as a guest on MBC FM4U's "Two O'clock Date with An Young-mi," revealing that she lost 8 kg in three months.
On this day, DJ An Young-mi asked, "I saw in the article that there are many talks about dieting. It said you lost 8 kg in a month," to which Kim Hyun-jung corrected, "It was not in a month, but in three months." She continued, "I gained weight suddenly because I was not feeling well. So I completely changed my diet," sharing specific details about her diet.
She explained, "I only ate beef tenderloin, bananas, tomatoes, low-fat milk, eggs, brown rice cereal, and almonds. I also worked out and danced to idol cover songs." She added, "It was tough, but I eventually lost weight," eliciting laughter.
When An Young-mi joked, "These days, aren't many people singing in high notes relying on their meals?" Kim Hyun-jung responded, "After losing weight, I heard that my singing improved. When I was overweight, I thought, 'It's because I sing relying on my meals, so there's nothing I can do about it,' but after losing weight and hearing compliments, I had no words to say," she joked.
