In 1998, 19-year-old girl Park Se-ri is planning a strategy to straighten her lifelong complex, her unruly curly hair, in anticipation of a lifetime confession while getting entangled with transfer student Han Yoon-seok. First, Yoon-seok (Gong Myoung), who transferred from Seoul to Busan, accidentally forms a special bond with Se-ri (Shin Eun-soo) even before attending his new school, and gets entangled in Se-ri's grand confession plan for her crush.
