Due to the DUI, he stepped down from the rehearsal of the play 'Shakespeare in Love' and caused disruptions to the filmed dramas 'The Defects' and 'Try: We Become Miracles.'
After that, Song Young-kyu had not expressed any particular position. The sudden news of his death has added to the sorrow. After the sad news broke, actors Jo Woo-jin and Choi Won-young, who had close relationships, also conveyed messages of condolence.
After the news of Song Young-kyu's death was reported, the news of singer Kang Lin's death was announced, causing shock again. According to a media report that day, Kang Lin was found dead at a hotel in Yeouido, Seoul, on the 31st of last month. He was 58 years old.
