In 'Choo Sung Hoon's Fierce Price,' Choo Sung Hoon, Kwak Jun Bin, and Lee Eun Ji successfully earned their first price in Chongqing, China, enjoying the fun and pride of local travel.
In the second episode of 'Choo Sung Hoon's Fierce Price,' which aired yesterday (Feb. 2) and was co-produced by EBS and ENA, the 'price crew,' who earned their first price cleaning skyscrapers in Chongqing, provided plenty of entertainment as they experienced not only local food but also shopping, photography, night view attractions, and various local cultures.
First, the 'price crew' started their work by cleaning the sky bridge located 250m above sea level, following the leading foreman, Choo Sung Hoon. After Choo Sung Hoon's cleaning class, Kwak Jun Bin, who received special training for fear of heights, showed that he became brave enough to clean the transparent glass floor without any issues.
The cheerful chemistry between the 'price crew' and the senior part-timer also added to the fun. Choo Sung Hoon was playfully explaining in Korean to the senior who was coaching in Chinese, and Lee Eun Ji, who deceived others by saying her job was a singer, found herself in a situation where she had to sing on the spot, bringing laughter.
The 'price crew' earned a total of 270 yuan (approximately 52,000 won) from cleaning the sky bridge and, surprised by the unexpectedly high prices of French water and pineapple oolong tea, opted for food instead of quenching their thirst. Choosing China's self-service buffet style restaurant, Zhu Juchan, as their first 'I earn and I eat' venue, they enjoyed a hearty meal for just 10 yuan, with plenty of meat and vegetables.
Afterward, the 'price crew' bought traditional Chinese snacks like San Yaobing, corn, and drinks for 17 yuan. While filming was paused for a battery change, a customer mistook Kwak Jun Bin for the shop owner and hilariously asked to buy tissue, which generated laughter. Additionally, they received comments from passersby encouraging them to eat, further solidifying the image of 'Kwak Jun Bin = Chongqing's son's appearance'.
On that day, the 'price crew' members realized one by one the things they wanted to try and created memories. They fully enjoyed Chongqing's charm by completing activities such as Kwak Jun Bin's group costume shopping, Lee Eun Ji's group photo shoot, and Choo Sung Hoon's night view route at Hong Ya Dong.
In particular, in Hong Ya Dong, they embarked on a no-spicy expedition for Kwak Jun Bin, who cannot eat spicy food. The three of them enjoyed local foods without spiciness, such as traditional pickled vegetables and stewed pork belly, along with Liu Mei Noodles, which have a sweet and sour taste similar to Korean bibim-myeon.
During the follow-up, in an old Chengdu-style ear cleaning experience, the unexpected large size of earwax from Choo Sung Hoon, who had never cleaned his ears before, astonished onlookers. While Kwak Jun Bin and Lee Eun Ji paid 88 yuan each for their ear cleaning, Choo Sung Hoon ended up flexing unexpectedly by paying a hefty 388 yuan.
Meanwhile, towards the end of the broadcast, the 'price crew' caught attention as they returned to their accommodation and witnessed the job advertisement for traditional porters in Chongqing. The three even failed to translate the address received via voice message from a senior part-timer, raising curiosity about whether they could safely arrive at the part-time job location.
