'Former member of Empire's Children' Haminwoo successfully concluded his solo fan concert in Japan.
Haminwoo held the fan concert '2025 HAMINWOO FAN-CON 'NOTE: VACATION'' (hereinafter 'NOTE: VACATION') at SUPERnova Kawasaki in Japan on Mar. 2.
'NOTE: VACATION' marks Haminwoo's reunion with local fans about a year after his Tokyo fan meeting, where he recorded a sold-out show last year. Notably, DKZ member Jonghyung, a junior from the same agency, volunteered as the special MC and smoothly conducted the event in Japanese, capturing attention.
On that day, Haminwoo filled the fan concert with a rich setlist of 15 songs, leading the fans to sing along and cheer enthusiastically. Since the fan concert took place in Japan, Haminwoo performed Japanese versions of 'Wind Flow', 'Story', 'Tree', and 'Let Me Love You', and alongside Jonghyung, he presented a duet cover stage of Nakayama Miho and Wands' 'Surely More than Anyone in the World' (世界中の誰よりきっと), showcasing a unique charm.
Haminwoo planned two sessions of the fan concert to meet more fans and added variations in the segment layout for each session, providing visual enjoyment. He also showcased a medley dance of Empire's Children representative songs, filling the entire fan concert with affection for his fans. Members of Empire's Children also left supportive messages through video clips for Haminwoo, adding warmth to the atmosphere.
Having successfully concluded the fan concert, Haminwoo said, "It was so enjoyable to meet the fans in Japan again after about a year. The support from the members of Empire's Children and Jonghyung's role as the special MC gave me a lot of strength. I hope to meet the fans often in the future. You are my motivation. I will work hard, so please continue to support me a lot."
Haminwoo, who is actively balancing his singing and acting career, won the Best Actor award for his web drama 'Cheerful Chenmungal' at the '2024 10th Seoul International Web Fest' held in September last year.
