Comedians Shim Jin-hwa and Kim Won-hyo have announced that they decided to live without children.
Shim Jin-hwa posted on her social media on the 2nd, "Today, I got emotional several times and barely managed to hold back tears; I cried a lot just once. Our Eun-hyung is so wonderful. We worked hard for a year as mom and dad. I love you, Hyun-jo." along with several photographs.
The published photos show Shim Jin-hwa at the first birthday party of Hyun-jo, the son of comedian couple Kang Jae-joon and Lee Eun-hyung, taking pictures with Kang Jae-joon and colleagues.
In particular, Shim Jin-hwa added, "Ah! We have decided to live well without children. Thank you to all the many people who supported us. You can stop cheering for our child now," which caught attention.
Married in 2011, Kim Won-hyo and Shim Jin-hwa shared their experiences of undergoing in vitro fertilization through the Channel A entertainment program 'Dads' Color' in 2019 and appeared on various entertainment programs to talk about having a second child.
