Park Seo-jin stated, "At times I had 5 to 7 event schedules in a day, and I've run non-stop from a 7 a.m. marathon to evening events." He noted that, "If lucky, it's possible to have 5 events in one area," sharing that he eats in his car and travels 2,300 kilometers over 3 to 4 days, showcasing the traits of a true professional singer.
As a result, his appearance fee is skyrocketing. Park Seo-jin mentioned, "In the past it was 100,000 to 200,000 won, but now it's more than 100 times that," revealing that he sometimes receives up to 20 million won per event. He candidly shared his success's aspects but expressed humility and realism, stating, "I'm scared that if it goes up too much now, it might drop later. My self-esteem could crumble." He bought 300 pyeong of land in his hometown to build a three-story single-family house and even opened a dried fish store for his parents nearby. He noted, "I heard around 400 to 500 people come daily," showcasing both his familial devotion and realistic sense. He mentioned, "I'm planning to move to a better infrastructure area for my parents" and revealed that he is preparing a new house to enhance their quality of life.
He also promised to support his younger sister's tuition. To his sister, who is currently preparing for the high school equivalency exam, he expressed his warm-hearted wish to be a supportive older brother, saying, "I will take care of the tuition for a four-year university."
Meanwhile, Park Seo-jin is also sincerely committed to building his body. He installed a home gym at home, spending around 6 to 7 million won, and completed a body profile shoot through consistent exercise. He is currently focusing on studying English, demonstrating that he does not stop self-development.
