The 'seasonal man' Kim Sang-ho, Cha Woo-min, Shin Dong-mi, and Seo Hyun-woo were enchanted by the hidden flavors and charms of Gwanmaedo.
In the new TV CHOSUN entertainment show 'Seasonal man_Just call me' which aired on the 1st, the second story of their life in Gwanmaedo, known as the pearl of the southernmost part of the Korean Peninsula, where Kim Sang-ho and Cha Woo-min moved their hideout, along with guests Shin Dong-mi and Seo Hyun-woo, was unveiled.
The next day after finishing camping, Kim Sang-ho, Cha Woo-min, Shin Dong-mi, and Seo Hyun-woo enjoyed a meal with seasonal ingredients from Gwanmaedo. Kim Sang-ho and Cha Woo-min chose Gwanmaedo's treasure, seaweed, as their breakfast menu ingredient and made a perfect bowl of seaweed soup. The four of them completed a fantastic breakfast with a rich variety of side dishes, including a large bowl of bibimbap.
After breakfast, the four of them went for a walk on the Sky Bridge to uncover the hidden charms of Gwanmaedo. From the entrance of the walking path, they could not hide their admiration for the emerald-colored sea view and headed towards the 'Sky Bridge,' which has a legend that a fairy rested after taking off her wings, passing by the towering 'Ggokdol' on the beach.
In particular, the four of them looked at the Ggokdol, which is said to have been left behind by a heavenly trader who was holding the ball dropped by the Jade Emperor in his left hand while playing with the fairies. They were fascinated by the shape of the Ggokdol, which looked as if it had a left-hand print, and Seo Hyun-woo elicited laughter by saying, "What if it wasn't the Jade Emperor's bowling ball?"
While enjoying a walk amidst the landscape of Gwanmaedo and the fragrance of wildflowers, the four created a catchphrase unique to Gwanmaedo. When Shin Dong-mi exclaimed, "Great, it's so good!", and Seo Hyun-woo shouted, "It's Gwanmae!", Kim Sang-ho responded, "You two are creating a lot of catchphrases!" Seo Hyun-woo expressed, "It seems like Gwanmae is somehow becoming more attractive the more you see it," to which Shin Dong-mi agreed, saying, "Our Hyun-woo is the magician of language. He is the Lee Eun-kyul of the acting world."
Finally arriving at the Sky Bridge, the four reacted differently to the breathtaking scenery. Unlike Shin Dong-mi, who boldly enjoyed the view on the Sky Bridge, Kim Sang-ho crossed it with quick steps while holding his breath. His usual bold demeanor contrasted with his frozen appearance, bringing laughter.
Following Kim Sang-ho, who made a distressed face and said, "I'm not doing this to be funny," Seo Hyun-woo and Cha Woo-min also had trouble crossing the Sky Bridge easily. Seeing the three men cautiously crossing the Sky Bridge, Shin Dong-mi laughed and said, "Why are you all like this? Why is it so funny that the three of you are scared?"
After returning to their hideout and relaxing, Kim Sang-ho received a call from the village chief of Gwanho Village and, along with Seo Hyun-woo, challenged the gathering of seasonal ingredients such as sea cucumber and clam. The two set out to sea on the chief's boat and passionately harvested sea cucumbers, prompting the chief to express affection by saying, "Let's stay here together forever."
After harvesting sea cucumbers and clams, Kim Sang-ho and Seo Hyun-woo enjoyed a boat ride with the chief. They were speechless at the sight of the coastal cliffs forming pillars, and while admiring the breathtaking scenery crafted by time and nature, they discovered a family of goats strolling along the cliffs and could not hide their surprise.
Later, upon arriving at the highlight of the Gwanmaedo boat drive, the cave, the two were overwhelmed and moved by the magnificent and awe-inspiring scenery. While exploring the hidden scenic spots of Gwanmaedo, they even made a video call to Shin Dong-mi and Cha Woo-min to convey the true beauty of Gwanmaedo.
While Cha Woo-min and Shin Dong-mi were staying at the hideout, they received lily clams from the chief's house and boiled them into clam knife noodles. Having enjoyed various natural wonders, including the hidden healing spots of Gwanmaedo that day, they were completely immersed in the flavors of Gwanmaedo and felt as if they received true healing in life.
Meanwhile, the midlife road variety show 'Seasonal man' featuring the harmless and genuine healing fairy Kim Sang-ho airs every Friday night at 10 p.m. on TV CHOSUN.
