In 'Home Alone', Park Na-rae introduced her 23-year male friend.
In the August 1 broadcast of the MBC variety show 'Home Alone', Park Na-rae was depicted traveling to Jeju to prepare a special gift for her long-time male friend.
That day, Park Na-rae introduced her 23-year friend Ahn Woong-sun, recalling, "We have been friends since the Anyang Arts High School days. I was in the theater and film department, and my friend was in the photography department. I started talking first, and that's how we became friends." She continued, "Although we have different majors and paths, it's my first time having a male friend who lasts this long," expressing her deep friendship.
This visit to Jeju was a surprise trip to help with her friend's studio renovation. Park Na-rae stated, "Four years ago, when my friend said he was remodeling the studio, I promised to help. I came now to keep that promise, not forgetting it," revealing her warm heart in preserving their friendship.
What's surprising is that Park Na-rae learned wallpapering and plastering skills herself. She visited her friend's studio for her first 'solo business trip' and completed the wallpapering over six hours, conveying her heartfelt dedication more than any gift.
Ahn Woong-sun looked at the finished wall and expressed his gratitude, saying, "It's really beautiful… I'm touched," while Park Na-rae shyly smiled and said, "Did I do well?" showing her pride.
After the broadcast, viewers responded with warm support, saying, "The friendship is so genuine… Park Na-rae is really cool," "23 years of friendship is touching… it's nice to see," and "Na-rae's personality seems to attract many people around her."
