Yui, Geum Saerok, Park Juhyun, and Seol Ina challenge themselves in the global fitness race.
tvN's 'Iron Girls 2' (directed by Bang Geuli) conveys positive energy through the story of the ever-growing Iron Girls.
In today's (1st) broadcast at 8:40 p.m., Yui, Geum Saerok, Park Juhyun, and Seol Ina learn boxing steps and punch application techniques, while participating in the global fitness race, the largest in Korea, to build their strength and grow as boxers.
In particular, in the global fitness race, Yui and Geum Saerok participate as the older sister team, while Park Juhyun and Seol Ina form the younger sister team. They will receive coaching from Hong Beomseok, the physical powerhouse who became the first Asian champion of the World Firefighters Games and holds the Asian record in the global fitness race, which adds to the interest. It raises curiosity about whether the Iron Girls can complete the extreme race, alternating between 1km running, skiing, rowing, sled pushing, and wall balls in eight high-intensity events.
Meanwhile, the Iron Girls, who have learned the basic boxing steps and punches, are taught advanced pivot and shuffle techniques, as well as techniques for attacking an opponent's body, by Coach Kim Jihoon. Additionally, 'Stungun' Director General Kim Donghyun will step in as a human punching bag to allow the Iron Girls to experience the impact. In response, promising boxer Seol Ina ignites her determination, saying, "I'm going to K.O. the Director General today," raising curiosity about whether Kim Donghyun can withstand the Iron Girls' fiery punches.
Meanwhile, during the boxing training, an unexpected situation arises when Park Juhyun bursts into tears. Park Juhyun reportedly showed tearful emotions again, saying, "Boxing can be scary."
