Kim Jae-jung will unveil a special side dish recipe for his sisters on "Stars' Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant."
The upcoming episode of "Stars' Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant" (hereafter "Fun-Staurant"), airing on Aug. 1 at 8:30 p.m. on KBS 2TV, is expected to showcase Kim Jae-jung's groundbreaking recipes. Kim Jae-jung will prepare a full-course side dish meal with new ingredients that provide excellent value and are beneficial for dieting. It has been reported that during this process, the fun and relatable troubles of Kim Jae-jung, the youngest son of a household with many daughters, will also be revealed.
In the VCR released that day, Kim Jae-jung gathered around the table with his seventh and eighth sisters. The trio, consisting of the youngest line among nine siblings, enjoyed a thrilling break after their childcare duties. The two sisters, with high spirits, playfully requested their younger brother Kim Jae-jung to make more snacks, saying, "The side dish is insufficient! It would be great if Jae-jung could make it for us!" drawing laughter.
Without hesitation at his sisters' request, Kim Jae-jung stepped into the kitchen, revealing unusual-looking ingredients that sparked curiosity. The ingredient was a special part known as "audregi," connected to the artery of a cow's heart. Kim Jae-jung recommended the audregi enthusiastically, saying, "You can't get it unless it's the day you slaughter a cow. That's why it's fresh," and described it as being great value and low in calories, making it good for dieting. Audregi is an ingredient that Kim Jae-jung has recently become fond of.
On that day, Kim Jae-jung whipped up a full-course side dish meal featuring audregi, including grilled, sashimi, hot pot, and fried rice, making it hard to take one's eyes off the screen. Not only did he demonstrate a high understanding of the somewhat unfamiliar ingredient audregi, but he also shared his own tips for each dish and even put on a surprise fire show, leaving the "Fun-Staurant" cast in awe, saying, "As expected, a cooking genius."
