Joo Woo-jae shared his secret to overcoming insomnia.
Recently, on the YouTube channel 'Today's Joo Woo-jae,' a video titled "Otaku Joo Woo-jae's Guess the STAYC TMI (feat. Rado)" was uploaded.
With guests including STAYC and singer-songwriter Rado, they discussed sleep.
During this time, Joo Woo-jae revealed, "I used to really struggle to sleep. If I had a shoot the next day, I tended to worry about it. I'm sensitive. If I can't sleep, I get stressed. I just didn't sleep. I would just do what I had to do and then wash up and go out right away."
He then noted, "But recently, a few months ago, I started taking magnesium, melatonin, and a low dosage of calcium. I think it was calcium. I'm taking those three."
He also said, "It's not that I take them when I can't sleep, but after taking them as supplements, I find that the time it takes for me to fall asleep has decreased. I'm not lying; I've struggled with this for decades, but nowadays I take them and fall asleep right away," which drew attention.
