The K-POP world-scale debut project Mnet 'BOYS II PLANET' (directed by Kim Shin-young, Jung Woo-young, Ko Jung-kyung) can be enjoyed by anyone, anywhere in the world.
Today (31st) at 9:20 p.m., in the 3rd episode of 'BOYS II PLANET', the participants who previously competed in ranking battles at Planet K and C will finally begin their full-fledged debut competition on one planet. Before the main broadcast, a commentary video reviewing key scenes from episodes 1 and 2, from the participants' first stage to the signal song TES testing, will be released at 8 p.m. with broadcaster Jae-Jae and choreographer Choi Young-jun.
'BOYS II PLANET' will be streamed live in 251 countries and regions worldwide through the global K-POP content platform Mnet Plus. The accessibility and scalability through global OTT platforms have been significantly enhanced. In Japan, it will be broadcast simultaneously through Mnet Japan and the local representative OTT platform ABEMA, providing an immersive viewing environment.
In Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines), the show can be viewed via Viu and Rakuten Viki, while in Vietnam, it is available on FPT Play as VOD. Additionally, in the U.S. and Canada, it can be viewed as FAST/SVOD through Apple TV+, Amazon Prime Video's 'CJ ENM Selects' brand channel, Samsung TV Plus, Roku, and others.
Focusing on Mnet Plus to build a global viewing hub, 'BOYS II PLANET' has the unique characteristic of creating a world-scale boy group directly from global fans, or 'star creators', and is receiving reactions from various parts of the world, including Japan, China, Southeast Asia, and Europe.
