Broadcaster Jeong Hyung Don's wife, Han Yoo Ra, expressed concerns over the tsunami warning in Hawaii.
On the 30th, Han Yoo Ra uploaded a screenshot of an emergency disaster text message delivered to her mobile phone on her social account.
The disaster message was sent by the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency to inform about the tsunami threat. The message contained information that the first wave was expected to pass at around 7:10 p.m., just 30 minutes later.
Upon seeing this, Han Yoo Ra said, "The ocean is still calm and peaceful," yet she added, "For now, I've put plans on hold. I hope everything passes without incident."
Meanwhile, Han Yoo Ra transitioned from being an advertising model and actress to a television writer, where she formed a connection with Jeong Hyung Don, who was a cast member on a program where she worked as a writer. They married in 2009 and have twin daughters. She is currently residing in Hawaii with her children, while Jeong Hyung Don commutes between Korea and Hawaii.
