Kang Min-kyung had eaten two eggs and one sweet potato chip the day before filming. And she skipped breakfast the next day to avoid bloating.

According to Kang Min-kyung, she exercises intensely four times a week and tries to avoid white rice as much as possible. Additionally, she regulates her diet to one meal a day about 4 to 5 days a week. She added, "On days when I exercise hard, I can't even film a vlog."
Kang Min-kyung, who has often undergone extreme dieting since she was young, mentioned, "I have tried extreme dieting for a long time. After losing weight once, I feel like my body type has changed" and added, "Even when I eat, I don't gain weight. But if I eat a lot, and still gain weight, then it's unfair."
