Comedian Song Eun-i mentioned the life of a CEO with 50 employees at a seven-story building in Mapo District.
On the 30th, the tvN program 'You Quiz on the Block' featured the 32-year veteran comedian and 10-year corporate executive 'Song CEO' Song Eun-i, who shared her experiences.
That day, Yoo Jae-seok started teasing Song Eun-i as soon as she appeared, saying, 'You came in wearing something strange,' and Song Eun-i also appeared a bit awkward about her style.
Song Eun-i introduced herself as a 32-year veteran comedian and a 10-year corporate executive. She also stated that she has a seven-story building in Sangam-dong, Mapo District, and that she has more than 50 employees at her company.
Yoo Jae-seok expressed admiration, saying, 'You also own a grand building in Sangam-dong. You are referred to as a "100 billion CEO."' Song Eun-i shyly responded, 'That's something that someone else said; I don't have 100 billion. I just kept it because it felt good.'
In response, Cho Sae-ho remarked, 'I heard that the company's building is worth about 7 billion won currently,' fueling the rumors of her being a '100 billion CEO,' and Song Eun-i explained, 'It's not for investment purposes. I want to make it possible to shoot content anywhere in the building. You could say I invested in the facilities.'
She set up her content company during a break from her active broadcasting activities. Song Eun-i said, 'I became unemployed but didn't realize I was unemployed until a year later. They said they would contact me when they made changes, but a year passed without any calls. That was when I got into new media, and I happened to learn editing and got involved in it.'
Ten years ago, during the podcast era, the content company started with two writers, Kim Sook, Song Eun-i, and one freelance producer, totaling five people. It has now grown into a company with 50 employees at a seven-story building in Mapo District. Song Eun-i mentioned that she receives a salary of 3 million won and expressed, 'I hope all the employees can grow a bit more. At the very least, can't we raise the meal allowances?'
