In the released photo, Jun Hyun-moo is celebrating the wrap party with the production team and cast of Channel A's 'Please Take Care of My Grades - Teachers2.' The 'Teachers2' team held the wrap party at a neat and stylish barbecue restaurant, where the production team and cast gathered to encourage and cheer each other for their hard work so far.
With the success of both Season 1 and Season 2, everyone's faces are bright. From cast members like Jun Hyun-moo, Han Hye-jin, and Jang Young-ran to the instructors who guided the students, everyone wore smiles.
Among them, Jo Jeong-sik, who was embroiled in transaction allegations during Season 2 broadcast, was conspicuously absent. Jo Jeong-sik is alleged to have purchased a mock exam for private tutoring from a current high school teacher, Mr. A, for 58 million won.
Mr. A is said to have sold problems to 11 tutoring centers, including Jo Jeong-sik, over approximately five years from 2018 to 2023, earning around 238 million won through this. The transaction of exam materials by a current teacher for private tutoring has been strictly prohibited since 2016. If discovered, they could face dismissal or termination, and for teachers, it is illegal to engage in such employment without permission.
In relation to this, the Korean National Police Agency's National Investigation Headquarters transferred 72 current teachers involved in the transaction to prosecutors on the 17th of last month. Additionally, 126 people are known to have been booked, with 100 transferred to prosecutors.
Jo Jeong-sik's side, through legal representatives, claimed, 'Recently, a media outlet reported contents related to instructor Jo Jeong-sik that included inaccuracies, causing serious harm to the instructor's honor and social trust. Instructor Jo Jeong-sik and our legal team are confident that he is clearly 'not guilty' regarding all accusations transferred to the prosecutors, and Jo Jeong-sik has never directly paid 58 million won to the involved teacher in this case.'
