Lady Jane gave birth to healthy twin daughters.
On the 28th, the SBS show 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 - You Are My Destiny' (hereinafter referred to as 'Same Bed, Different Dreams') revealed Lady Jane's twin birth process.
Lady Jane was hospitalized ahead of the delivery. The attending physician who visited Lady Jane's hospital room stated, "The first one is expected to weigh 2.5 kg, and the second one is said to be a bit smaller. If it weighs around 2.2 kg, it may go to the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) due to not meeting the weight requirement. It's not because of other problems, but due to weight. The baby lacks fat, making it difficult for her to eat. Additionally, she may lose weight upon birth. Because the baby may have difficulty, we will go and observe her as a form of support."
Lady Jane expressed her concerns, saying, "I think it will be hard on my heart if they are apart. I tried to feed them a lot, but I feel sorry."
Im Hyun-tae stepped out, saying he was going to the restroom, and prepared an event. Dressed in an all-black suit and holding a bouquet, Im Hyun-tae began to sing. He remarked, "This is the last event before the delivery," to which Lady Jane rolled her eyes. Im Hyun-tae explained that he maintained his formal attire as a courtesy for their soon-to-be-born twins.
Finally, Lady Jane set out to give birth. Although Lady Jane was calm, she revealed her nervousness, expressing that her heart was trembling. Im Hyun-tae shed tears while watching Lady Jane head to the operating room. He explained, "I felt choked up imagining her going down a daunting path alone, being an older mother with twins."
Waiting outside the operating room, Im Hyun-tae expressed his anxiety, saying, "They said it would take about 10 to 15 minutes," as he grew impatient with the extending time. As the surgery time continued to drag on, he sighed heavily and said, "It can't be anything wrong," before continuing, "Please watch over her" as he prayed.
Finally, the operating room door opened, and the first of the twins appeared. Soon after, the second one also made her appearance. Everyone cheered at the cute visuals of the twin daughters. It was a relief for Im Hyun-tae to hear that the second baby was also able to go to the nursery.
After confirming the twins, Im Hyun-tae immediately headed to Lady Jane. He warmly held her hand, saying, "You did a great job." He added, "They are so beautiful, they look just like you," while showing her photos of the babies. He shared the good news, saying, "I thought the second one wasn't coming at first, that she went to the NICU, but she went to the nursery."
Im Hyun-tae, who shed tears, remarked, "Brothers with more than two kids say that for it to be convenient to travel, a family car is necessary," which left Lady Jane astonished by his cluelessness.
