Koo Jun-yeob of the group Clon continues to mourn his late wife, Seo Hee-won, as a phrase inscribed on Seo's tombstone has gained attention once again.
Recently, photos of Seo Hee-won's tombstone alongside images of Koo Jun-yeob visiting the grave were shared on social media platforms in the Chinese-speaking community.
The tombstone bears the phrase 'Remember Forever' along with the name 'Junjun' inscribed in Korean. 'Junjun' was known to be the nickname that Seo Hee-won used to call Koo Jun-yeob during her lifetime.
Earlier, the Taiwanese media outlet ET Today reported that an internet user said Koo Jun-yeob was guarding Seo Hee-won's grave at Jinbosan Memorial Park in Taiwan. He was reportedly seen quietly spending time alone, reading a book or using a tablet. Witnesses mentioned that he remained at the site even on days of heavy rain.
Seo Hee-won passed away in February this year due to pneumonia from the flu while on a family trip to Japan. She was laid to rest at Jinbosan Rose Park in March, and it has been reported that Koo Jun-yeob has consistently visited her grave since then.
The two had dated once in 1998 but had split up. They registered their marriage after reuniting in 2022.
