The band Dragon Pony expressed their feelings about their comeback with a self-composed song written during their trainee days.
Dragon Pony held a showcase to celebrate the release of their new single 'Earth Boy' on the afternoon of the 29th at YES24 Wonder Rock Hall in Seoul's Seodaemun District, where they talked about the new song.
Dragon Pony's upcoming digital single 'Earth Boy' is a self-composed song written during their trainee days, and Dragon Pony has previously previewed the stage to fans at solo concerts and festivals. With requests for the official music release pouring in, Dragon Pony decided to release the song in response to the enthusiastic support from fans.
Ko Gang-hoon said, "This is a song that many fans have been waiting for, and since it's our first time releasing it in the form of a digital single, I feel more attached to it. I would be grateful if you enjoy it."
An Tae-kyu, who celebrated his birthday that day, said, "It was a song that received a lot of love during performances and many festivals, so I am grateful that we can release it." Kwon Se-hyuk also added, "It's a song that has had a long preparation period for release, so I'm curious how it will be received. I'm very happy."
Byeon Seong-hyeon stated, "During our trainee days, we went through a lot of emotions, and this song contains the precious anxieties, memories, and times that could only be felt then. I am grateful and cherish the opportunity to release it."
Meanwhile, Dragon Pony's digital single 'Earth Boy' will be released today (29th) at 6 p.m. through various music streaming sites.
