The group BLACKPINK has set another significant record on the world's largest music streaming platform, Spotify.
YG Entertainment announced on the 29th that BLACKPINK's new song "JUMP" surpassed 100 million streams on Spotify the previous day. This was achieved approximately 17 days after its release on the 11th, making it the team's 33rd song to reach over 100 million streams.
As it is the same pace as the previous fastest K-pop female artist to reach 100 million streams, "Pink Venom" (17 days), it once again highlights BLACKPINK's outstanding presence in this field. Particularly, it adds the record for the shortest time to reach 100 million streams among K-pop songs released this year, continuing its unmatched dominance.
Such achievements had been anticipated early on. "JUMP" maintained the number one spot on the Spotify Global Daily Chart for six consecutive days, then directly entered the weekly chart at number one, achieving the highest number of streams (44,759,923) of any song released in 2025.
"JUMP" is creating a sensation not only on Spotify but also on various global charts. It has claimed the top spot on both the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global (Excl. U.S.) charts, and entered the Hot 100 at 28th place. Additionally, it reached 18th on the Official UK Singles Chart, setting a new personal best for the group.
BLACKPINK is conducting its "BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR" with a total of 16 cities and 31 performances.
