Singer Kim Wan-sun unveiled her own kimbap recipe that helps with dieting.
On the 25th, a video titled "Wan-sun's secret to a healthy body! Can you eat a lot without gaining weight? 5-minute vegetable kimbap" was posted on the channel 'Kim Wan-sun TV.'
Kim Wan-sun began, "It seems like I've been eating this for a month. It's delicious and reduces body fat. After eating it for two weeks and doing InBody, I found that my body fat had decreased."
She continued, "Even athletes who exercise four hours a day can't lose weight like this. When I showed them what I eat, they said it's amazing and that they want to make it themselves," explaining that even her trainer showed interest in the food.
Kim Wan-sun introduced ingredients such as seaweed for kimbap, rice paper, vegetables, Cheongyang peppers, and perilla leaves, saying she had been eating it even before the diet kimbap became popular on social media. She later started making kimbap without rice and recommended, "It's fine to eat endlessly," adding, "You won't gain weight even if you eat it at midnight."
Meanwhile, Kim Wan-sun has drawn attention by confessing that she has maintained a weight of 46 kg since her debut.
