The group ENHYPEN's fourth Japanese single '宵 -YOI-' has been unveiled.
ENHYPEN (Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunwoo, Niki) released '宵 -YOI-' today (29th) at 12 a.m. through various music streaming sites. The single features the title track 'Shine On Me,' as well as the song 'Echoes' and a total of three tracks expressing desire and instinct toward a loved one, including the Japanese version of the title track 'Bad Desire (With or Without You)' from their mini album 'DESIRE: UNLEASH.'
The title track 'Shine On Me' is a J-pop ballad that delicately expresses the emotions of summer, showcasing the members' soft vocals and poignant emotional expressions. This song has drawn early attention as it is inserted as the ending theme song for the Japanese Nippon TV series 'I Want to Catch a Sweetfish (海老だってが釣りたい)'.
The music video for 'Shine On Me' compares the beloved you to a star, capturing the romantic feelings of a midsummer night. With a blend of sentimental animation and ENHYPEN's visuals, it heightened the fantastic atmosphere. Fans who watched the video have responded, saying, 'The narrative and visual beauty of the music video, the lyrics, and the members' visuals are all beautiful,' and 'Listening to the song heals me.'

With the news of ENHYPEN's new single release, previous music videos are also gaining attention. The music video for 'Bad Desire (With or Without You)' re-entered the Japanese LINE MUSIC 'Music Video Top 100' chart on July 27, climbing to 6th place on the 28th. In addition, the music video for the track 'Outside' from 'DESIRE: UNLEASH' and the title track 'Bite Me [Japanese Ver.]' from the Japanese third single '結 -YOU-' also appeared on the real-time chart.
ENHYPEN will hold a showcase to commemorate the release of '宵 -YOI-' on the 31st at 6 p.m. in Tokyo, Japan. The showcase will also be available online through the HYBE LABELS YouTube channel and ENHYPEN's official TikTok channel starting at 7:10 p.m. on the same day.
