On the 28th, Noeul opened up through her personal SNS, saying, "Real difficult customers don't realize they are difficult. After ordering a 1-liter iced drink without ice and causing a fuss about why the amount is less, she requested a refund."
Noeul said, "Why can't they think about the amount of ice? The recipe for iced drinks is established considering the amount of ice. If you didn't want it to look small, you shouldn't have asked for less ice.ㅠㅠ"
Additionally, Noeul refuted the customer's negative review, explaining, "I never said that 500g of ice was missing. The basic drink size is 500ml, so if the drink is 1 liter, then it's natural that the amount appears less because half of the ice is based on 500ml."
Noeul also posted the video on her feed, saying, "Do all of you who work in cafés empathize with this? Why can't they think about the amount that naturally decreases when removing ice from an iced drink? Where is the ice quantity disappearing to when complaints are made?ㅠㅠ We prepared it according to the recipe to ensure the correct amount was served. We truly meet a variety of people right before heading out to the café.^^"
In particular, Noeul expressed, "Laugh and be happy; the one who smiles is first-rate!" but also lamented, "But no, I don't want to be first-rate. Why are you treating me like this?ㅠㅠ"
Meanwhile, Noeul debuted as a member of RAINBOW in 2009 and announced her marriage last April. Recently, she revealed that she would be operating the café only until July, as it has been handed over to someone else.
