Singer Go Jung-woo moved the nation with his tumultuous life story.
Go Jung-woo expressed his feelings on the 29th through his social media, stating, "Hello, this is Go Jung-woo. Did you enjoy 'Oh Eun-young Stay'? I was truly able to convey the stories I hadn't been able to express deep in my heart through this broadcast."

Go Jung-woo appeared on MBN's 'Oh Eun-young Stay' on the day of the broadcast, recalling his difficult childhood raised by his mother and grandmother when he was two years old. After his grandmother's traffic accident, he became the head of the household at nine, overcoming a fear of water and eventually becoming the youngest one to volunteer in Haenam. He shared his experience of attempting extreme measures due to depression, but after seeing his grandmother, he regrouped and worked hard, stirring emotions.
In particular, he revealed, "My grandmother said she really wanted to see my high school graduation, but she passed away suddenly from a cold before she could. I was with her during her final moments, and she took her last breath three seconds after I said my final goodbye. After the funeral and when graduation came, the bouquet my grandmother had pre-ordered arrived. I took that flower to the columbarium to pay my respects, and when I returned home, only my grandmother's traces were left, causing my depression to return," which deeply saddened those who heard it.
In a desperate effort to realize his dream of becoming a trot singer, Go Jung-woo moved to Seoul and finally found success. Oh Eun-young comforted him, saying, "The weight of responsibility that Go Jung-woo experienced in his childhood was too heavy," while Go So-young encouraged him, saying, "It seems you didn't have time to take care of yourself. You need to express your struggles and have time to comfort yourself. I hope you praise yourself for overcoming the tough times."
