(Following Interview 1) Actress Choi Yoo-ri shared her chemistry with Yoon Kyung-ho.
On Nov. 28, an interview with actress Choi Yoo-ri was held at a cafe in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, regarding the film "My Daughter is a Zombie" (director Pil Gam-seong, provided/distributed by NEW, produced by Studio N).
The film "My Daughter is a Zombie" is a comic drama about a doting father who begins secret training to protect his daughter, who has become the last remaining zombie in the world.
In the work, Choi Yoo-ri played the role of the world's last zombie, Sua, and she shared the on-set atmosphere with Jo Jung-seok, who plays her father.
Choi Yoo-ri recalled, "There were so many funny scenes. Jo Jung-seok would do ad-libs or the atmosphere was funny, but when it got too funny, we all struggled to hold back our laughter."
She continued, "There's a scene in which Yoon Kyung-ho makes a joke. In that scene, everyone is supposed to avoid laughing, but it was so funny. There was once when we all burst out laughing, and we had to reshoot it."
Especially, Choi Yoo-ri reunited with Yoon Kyung-ho for the third time after "Itaewon Class" and "Alien+." She said, "It was our third meeting, and I was glad to see him every time. We were surprised to see each other, saying, 'Oh, you're here too!' I was really amazed to work with him again, and on set, we were friendly and got along like an uncle and niece. I was grateful every time. He praised me a lot, saying, 'It must not have been easy; you did well, Yoo-ri!'"
When asked about Yoon Kyung-ho's 'too much talker' personality, she said, "So he was the mood maker on set. Whenever Yoon Kyung-ho arrived, everyone unwittingly felt excited. I wondered what stories he would tell today. I was secretly looking forward to what jokes he would make while shooting with him. He really lived up to those expectations every time. He made many jokes, and we all laughed together."
