Group EXID member and actress Hanni (Ahn Hee-yeon) conveyed her eased state of mind after postponing her marriage to mental health specialist Yang Jae-woong.
On the 28th, Hanni said on her social media account, "While doing yoga, my body has changed, but more importantly, it's the change of my heart. Little by little, slowly, I am learning how to be kind to myself."
Hanni said, "Knowing how to stand, where it's uncomfortable, and where my body is right now... Yoga was a time for me to notice myself, and I could slowly learn how to accept myself as I am. And I was really lucky to have had my fellow practitioners who went through this journey with me. I sincerely thank you for this precious connection, and I hope we continue it well in the future."
Hanni added, "I really like that yoga has no end. I want to live while practicing being kinder to myself. I hope what I learned on the mat permeates into my entire life."
In the photo, Hanni appeared joyful as it looked like she had completed the "Life is Yoga" instructor course graduation ceremony. Hanni recently shared on "Oh Eun-young's Stay" that, "Recently, as I've gone through various experiences in life, I felt a lot that my life doesn't go as I wish."
Meanwhile, Hanni confirmed her relationship with mental health specialist Yang Jae-woong in 2022 and intended to hold her wedding in September 2024, but postponed the marriage indefinitely due to a patient death incident that occurred at Yang Jae-woong's hospital, leading her to stop domestic activities.
