Today (28th) at 8:30 p.m., the 326th episode of KBS Joy's 'Anything Goes' features a person in their 50s who has been attempting in-vitro fertilization for seven years.
The individual, who started their story by mentioning their marriage to a same-age husband at 46, has tried in-vitro fertilization for seven years without success. Nevertheless, while they were continuously making efforts, a recent event caused them to experience disillusionment, and they explained that they came to 'Anything Goes' because they are contemplating whether to continue or to stop.
Regarding the individual who has been posting their daily life on social media, negative comments began appearing at some point. Although they were hurt, they noted that instead of worrying about it, they continued to maintain their social media presence.
However, recently, with the passing of their father-in-law and their own father's pancreatic cancer diagnosis, responsibilities towards family have increased. The shock of the last in-vitro fertilization attempt failing was significant.
They stated that the negative comments on social media made them reflect and became concerned about whether to continue their efforts of seven years.
In response, Lee Sugeun asked, 'Have you discussed this with your husband?' and noted that the fact that he doesn't express himself could be seen as a positive indication, explaining that the couple is working together.
Seo Jang-hoon remarked, 'I know that you are trying to stay hopeful,' adding that he feels sorry for the individual's heart, which must have been shattered when the results were revealed. He advised, 'After seven years of effort, I hope you start living for yourself.' Lee Sugeun also said, 'The couple is still newlyweds,' and encouraged, 'Rather than saying to give up, I hope they live with a positive mindset.'
What the individual has been striving for over the past seven years can be confirmed in the 326th episode of 'Anything Goes' airing tonight (28th) at 8:30 p.m. on KBS Joy.
